Joe at Northern Suburbs Locksmith went above and beyond to assist me with unlocking my electric bike, even though it wasn't a service he typically provided. His kindness was exceptional, as he promptly opened the lock on my battery upon my arrival. Not only did he refrain from charging any fees, but he also offered this service as a complimentary gesture. After being locked out of my house on such a crucial night, I made a desperate last-minute call to them. Not only did Joe respond swiftly to my call for help, but his professionalism and kindness were beyond compare.

Joe didn’t just get me back into my house; he went the extra mile to cut a brand new set of keys and even provided a fob for my garage. The speed and efficiency of his service were remarkable, especially considering it was a holiday evening.
